New Work: Mestre Paulo Kapela
Dancers, a work by Mestre Paulo Kapela dated 1971, is now available.
Painted in oil on canvas, the work measures 43 x 118 cm (16.9 x 46.5 in).
A line of dancers carrying spears extends across the horizontal composition. Brightly coloured skirts and repeated gestures stand out against a dark ground.
