New Works: Alberto Chissano
Two sandalwood sculptures by Alberto Chissano, both dated 1974, are now available.
Christ measures 44 x 18 x 5 cm. Its elongated figure and raised arms give the sculpture a strong vertical movement.
Pantomime measures 63 x 25 x 22 cm. A slender figure reaches upwards, with the wood following the gesture of the body.
